Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese or vegan sour cream
  • 1 cup organic guacamole
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups Daiya Cheeze Clocks; shredded
  • 2 organic tomatoes; chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounce) red kidney beans

  • 2 cups Daiya Cheeze Clocks; shredded
  • 2 organic tomatoes; chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounce) red kidney beans

Directions

  1. Mix red kidney beans and salsa. Spread one cup of this mixture into a serving dish
  2. Top with a layer of vegan cream cheese or sour cream
  3. Add a layer of salsa bean mixture, followed by a layer of guacamole
  4. Finish with layers of shredded Daiya Cheeze Blocks, and chopped tomatoes and green onions
  5. Serve with nacho chips!
