Savoury Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pacific Organic Chicken Broth
  • 6 stalks organic celery
  • 1 organic onion
  • 10 slices gluten-free bread
  • ¼ cup organic chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Ambrosia’s Own dried tarragon
  • ½ tsp Ambrosia’s Own paprika
  • ⅛ tsp Ambrosia’s Own ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup Patience Organic Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup whole water chestnuts
  • 2 organic apples

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. Chop the celery and onion into about 1/2 inch pieces. Heat the chicken broth in a large pan over medium heat. Add in the celery and onion and sauté for around 5 minutes. Once the vegetables are tender, remove from heat
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the celery and onion mixture. Mix the ingredients in a bowl evenly
  4. Place this mixture into the baking dish and bake for around 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
