- 1 cup New Roots Lupine Seed Protein Powder
- 2-3 ripe organic bananas; peeled and smashed
- ½ cup unsalted vegan butter OR ¼ cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut sugar; packed
- 1 tsp Ambrosia’s Own Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 – 1.5 cups vegan chocolate chips
