  • 1 scoop of Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein Powder, chocolate flavour
  • 2 tbsp Ambrosia’s Own natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 ½ cups crushed ice
