Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Nuts to You Smooth or Crunchy Almond Butter
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Nuts to You Smooth or Crunchy Almond Butter
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Add chocolate, maple syrup and coconut oil to a double boiler. Allow chocolate to melt completely to a smooth liquid.
  2. Meanwhile, line a shallow baking dish with mini cupcake liners.
  3. Add 1 tsp of melted chocolate mixture to each mini cupcake liner. Place baking dish in freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove freezer and add ½ teaspoon of Nuts to You Smooth or Crunchy Almond Butter to each chocolate cup. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from freezer, and add remaining chocolate to each cup. Freeze for one hour.
  6. Serve.
