Ambrosia Special Orders


Submit your special order for bulk bags or full cases using the form below. All special orders must be picked up in-store only – we are unable to fulfil any special orders for pickup for delivery.
  1. Use our online form to submit your order, filling in all details as best you can
  2. “Item Description” is mandatory – if you are able to fill in more details, please do so
    1. For bulk items, ALWAYS specify if you want organic or conventional
    2. For full cases, always include the Brand Name
  3. For QTY please enter the number of bulk bags OR the number of cases, whichever is applicable. For supplements, please enter the number of units.
  4. Use the Green + button to add more lines, and the Red – button to remove them. Due to storage constraints, the maximum total number of bags or cases must not exceed five (5). The maximum number of supplements is 24 units.
  5. You will be charged a $10 deposit for each line (so each separate case or bag)
    1. Please note that for orders over $100, you will be contacted for a deposit of 50% of the total cost
  6. You will be charged for the rest of your order once it has been processed and filled.
  7. Please allow 1-2 week’s time for your order to arrive. You will be contacted by phone or email when your order is ready for pickup.
  8. Your order must be picked up within 2 weeks of receiving confirmation that the order has arrived. Failure to pick up your order will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

If you require your order for in-store pickup or delivery – please place your order here first. Once you are contacted that your order has arrived, please place your order for pickup or delivery HERE and indicate to include your Special Order.

Our Discount Policy

Special orders of full cases (12 units or more) of certain items in the store receive a 10% discount. Ambrosia Bulk or Packaged items receive 10% off if a bulk bag is ordered. The items are subject to change.

The following items are excluded from any sort of discount:

  • Baby food
  • Diapers/wipes
  • Fresh bread
  • Dairy products
  • All monthly or in-store specials

Please note that perishables should be picked up within 24-48 hours of contact, in order to guarantee maximum freshness. Failure to pick up your order will result in the forfeit of your deposit and prohibition of further orders.
