What is our return policy?

Exchanges and returns are accepted on the following timelines:
  • Grocery – 14 days
  • Supplements/Health & Beauty – 30 days
Any perishable items with shelf life of fewer that 14 days are subject to our discretion.
We may limit returns at our discretion of quantities in excess of three of the same item.
In the case of defects with product packaging, we will offer an exchange of the exact same item only
We will not accept returns of honey that has crystallized. Crystallization is a natural process that indicates a superior quality honey. More information can be found here.
Returns or exchanges are accepted in-store only. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for pickup or delivery at this time.
Receipts must be present at the time of exchange.
Refund will be given in the original method of payment.
All makeup, nail polish, skin care, books, bulk, special orders & reduced/clearance items are final sale.
All clothing is final sale.
No exceptions.
We reserve all rights.
In the case of discrepancies between details found online and in print, the online version will supersede the printed copy.
