Three Easter Brunch Ideas that you will LOVE!

Does anyone else feel like January lasted about 3 months, whereas February & March each culminated to about two days worth of time? Seriously, how are we just over one week away from Easter?! It just doesn’t add up!!! At least in my opinion…

Regardless… here we are! And with Easter a mere days away, I’m sure that some of you haven’t quite figured out what’s on the menu for your family and friends this holiday long weekend! Well, not to fret because today I am sharing a few traditional & quintessential breakfast ideas & transforming them into the cutest breakfasts that will impress your friends and family in a major way this Easter!!!

Yogurt & Granola

I mean if this isn’t just the cutest parfait you’ve ever seen then I seriously don’t know what to tell you! This is likely the easiest (and most adorable) of breakfast ideas that I’m sharing with all of you today! Simply cut out cantaloupe into several triangles, and kiwi into three adjoining triangles. Take a toothpick and insert it into the straight lined side of the kiwi, then skewer it into the top of the cantaloupe triangles! Set aside. Now you want to alternate layers of Jordan’s Cereal (on SALE this month) with dairy or plant-based granola, and then top it off with your fruit carrots! SO CUTE!

Bacon & Eggs

Bacon & eggs…. the most traditional of breakfasts out there! But TODAY we’re putting a little twist on this tried-and-true classic! Fry up a few natural/organic bacon slices for the ears, some grass-fed, sunny-side up eggs for the faces, place blueberries for eyes and narrow cheese slices for the whiskers… VOILA!

Pancakes

Our follower and loyal, Ambrosia customer @healthymadewell posted this adorable pancake bunny a couple of years ago and I still can’t get over how cute and perfect this turned out! I come back to it every single Easter because I just think that this bunny is the cutest little guy! For this particular recipe, I suggest that you go with a gluten-free pancake variety (to accommodate more people) AND also because Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour AND Coconut Flour is on SALE this month! Woohoo!

Devilled Eggs

These eggs HARDLY look devilish! The menacing name doesn’t quite fit the bill here, but I am LOVING this festive twist on the holiday classic! Simply make your quintessential, favourite devilled eggs recipe, and then used little carrots bits for the beaks, and either small bits of pickle OR peppercorns for their eyes! Voila!!!
