Ambrosia’s purpose is to provide families and communities with healthy foods, supplements and essential household products. We remain committed to ensuring our community has access to these essentials, especially during this unprecedented time.

The health and well-being of our Team Members and Customers is our number one priority. Please know that this issue has our full, undivided attention. We’d like to give you an update on proactive precautions to help provide a healthy, enjoyable shopping experience.

Suspended Demos: We have suspended demos and sampling at our locations until further notice

Increased Sanitation: We’ve added staffing dedicated to the cleaning and sanitation of our stores throughout the day. This includes a heightened concentration on high-use surfaces such as shopping carts, counter tops, washrooms, checkout areas and credit card readers. We are sanitizing railings, handles, and carts every 1-2 hours at all locations. We also have a cleaning crew come in every night and they are taking extra sanitation precautions.

Single Use Plastic Bags: As of August 1, will will be charging 5 cents for single-use plastic bags. All proceeds will be donated to local charities. Thank-you for your continued support and kindness.

Returns:

Items purchased from February 24 – March 24, 2020, are returnable up until July 31, 2020.

Purchases made between March 25 – July 12, 2020 are considered final sale due to COVID-19. As such, sellable items are returnable for exchange or store credit only, and only with a valid receipt. We will not accept returns on more than 3 of the same item.

Any purchases made from July 13, 2020 forward are subject to our standard return policy.

Supplements/Health and Beauty – 30 days
Grocery – 14 days
Frozen/Refrigerated – 7 days
Produce – 48 hours

Receipt must be present to receive a refund. Refund will be issued in the original method of payment. All of our makeup/nail polish, books, bulk items, and discounted items are final sale.

Contactless payment is preferred at all locations.

For our Team Members: We have added communications to reinforce the importance of following all public health protocols. We are encouraging our Team Members to closely monitor their health and well-being and to stay home, if they or someone in their household are sick. Anyone who has traveled outside of Canada must remain in quarantine for 14 days following their return. All team members are required to wear a face covering while at work.

Social Distancing: We ask that you please practice social distancing while shopping at our Ambrosia locations by maintaining 6 feet from other people in our store. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please ask a friend or family member to shop on your behalf. Let’s help each other flatten the curve as a community.

We are excited to announce that the gravity bins in our bulk departments are now OPEN at all locations. 10kg bags of select bulk products are now ALSO available for purchase at these locations. Many previously-bulked items are also available packaged.
