Ingredients

  • 1 can organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp each Ambrosia’s Own ground cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond or coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Performance Protein, vanilla
  • ½ cup Ambrosia’s Own wheat-free ginger granola

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic pumpkin puree

Directions

  1. Add the can of organic pumpkin puree, maple syrup, protein powder, cinnamon & nutmeg to a bowl and mix.
  2. Layer the elements in a glass jar or bowl; starting with a layer of the pumpkin mix, then a layer of the yogurt.
  3. Top with granola.
