Grilled Corn with Coconut Oil and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp St. Francis Organic Coconut Oil & Butter Ghee
  • ¼ tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh organic parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh organic basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh organic chives
  • 6 cobs organic corn, husks and silk removed
  • Lemon wedges to garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh organic basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh organic chives
  • 6 cobs organic corn, husks and silk removed
  • Lemon wedges to garnish

Directions

  1. Stir together coconut oil & butter ghee, salt, pepper, parsley, basil and chives. Set aside.
  2. Preheat grill to medium­-high heat; grease grate well. Grill corn, turning, for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly charred and tender.
  3. Serve hot corn with 1½ tsp (7 mL) butter mixture over top, and lemon wedges (if using).
